H.E.R. Board of Directors
All non-profits have a Board of Directors. They are responsible for the fiscal policies, long-term sustainability, and the Mission and Vision of the agency. They help guide the executive director, establish community relationships, and raise funds for daily operations. Members are volunteers who have a passion for the agency and the community.
